Tawna Spoor: Founder/COO

Tawna has worked in Business Management and Administration for over 30 years. She founded, owned and operated over 10 successful companies, including Always At Your Service Utah which she started in 2021. Tawna has been a leader and mentor in the service industry for most of her professional career. She has received numerous awards and recognition for her forward-thinking and innovative ways to streamline business processes and practices, to improve revenue, and for accurate and expeditious corporate acquisitions and lastly, for her professional mentorship skills and abilities.

Tawna has always enjoyed serving the senior population, which was born out of the love and compassion she had for her great-grandparents and grandparents. Tawna moved to St. George in 2021 so that she could be closer to her mother, who she looks up to as her hero. Tawna has served on several charities that focus on children, seniors and pets. She has a genuine passion for life and her love and enjoyment for travel has led her to incredible experiences worldwide. Tawna believes in continuously engaging the mind, body and spirit. She enjoys learning new and improved methods to apply in her personal and professional life. Her motto is fashioned after Maya Angelou’s quote, “My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with passion, some compassion, some humor and some style.” When it’s all said and done, Tawna wants to know she has left the world as a better place for others.

Ty Tippets: Owner/CEO

A southern Utah native, Ty serves as the Owner and CEO of Always At Your Service Utah. He is also Owner and CEO of Amada Senior Care of Southern Utah. Ty strives to deliver the best in both his professional and personal life by living the core values of compassion, charity, honesty, professionalism, and gratitude. Ty recently retired as the Administrator and Chief Executive Officer of the St. George Surgical Center. He is also a General Contractor which he established in 1996 and had a Non-Profit Housing Charity for low income families for 13 years. His commitment to seniors is well-documented and he was honored to address the United States Senate on Healthcare Issues on price transparency.

Ty and his wife, Charise, have been married for 37 years. They have six children and six grandchildren, and are active members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Ty enjoys many outdoor activities including boating, camping, hunting, fishing, rappelling, canyoneering, and scuba diving.

Ty is well known for his kind heart, generous service projects and compassion for seniors in the St. George and surrounding areas.

Our goal is to provide and fulfill residential services needs for our seniors and community members through one convenient and trusted source and be Always At Your Service.
